Dr. Turner is a graduate of IU School of Optometry. He very much enjoys all aspects of optometry, especially the fitting of specialty contact lenses and ocular disease management. Outside of the office, he loves to spend time with his wife and three kids, as well as photography and gardening.

Dr. Reshma achieved a Bachelor of science degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Purdue University. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from NovaSoutheastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During her time there she also completed a second bachelor’s degree in Vision science and an internship with honors at the Tianjin Medical University eye clinic in Tianjin, China. 

Active in the professional community, Dr. Shah McDonough holds a membership with the Indiana Optometric Association. She is fluent in Gujarati, a dialect of India. Practicing a healthy lifestyle, Dr. Shah McDonough enjoys traveling, gardening, and hiking. She lives in Indianapolis with her husband and 2 sons. Dr. Shah McDonough enjoys being part of the progressive eye care team and helping her community.

Dr. Mackenzie Pulver is originally from Paris, IL. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry & History from Millikin University in Decatur, IL. She then attended Indiana University's School of Optometry, where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree. Throughout her education at IU, she stayed busy by being active in the American Optometric Student Organization (AOSA), Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH), and worked as an associated instructor in Clinical Sciences. She is a member of the Gold Key International Optometric Honor Society and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Pulver and her husband are eager to make Fishers their home and become active within the surrounding community! She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, reading, and taking her dog, Daisy, on walks. She is excited to be a part of the Progressive team!
